Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Tires must be unused, unmounted, and never driven on
  • Tires must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Tires must not have been altered, plugged, patched, or repaired in any way
  • You must have a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase

Note: Tires that have been mounted, driven on, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return. Special-order tires may be subject to additional restrictions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number ready:

Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please allow 1–2 business days for return approval after submitting your request.

Preparing Your Tires for Return

Attach Return Labels

Securely tape the provided return shipping label to the tread of each tire. Make sure the label is firmly attached so it doesn't come off during transit.

Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

Take the tires to an authorized shipping location, or contact us to arrange a pickup from your home or business.

Shipped to a Partner Shop?

If your tires were delivered to a partner shop, let us know and we'll coordinate the return pickup directly with the shop — no extra steps needed on your end.

Once we receive and inspect the returned tires, your refund will be processed:

Any handling fees from the original order will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Tires

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong tires, contact us immediately at support@treadnext.com. We will:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf
  • Arrange a replacement order at no additional cost
  • Send you prepaid return labels for the damaged or incorrect tires
  • Schedule a pickup so you don't need to transport them yourself

Important: Do not dispose of damaged tires before contacting us — we may need them for the carrier's claim process.

Order Cancellations

Orders can typically be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After that window, your order may have already been dispatched to the shipping carrier and will need to be processed as a standard return.

To cancel, email support@treadnext.com with your order number and we'll do our best to stop the shipment.

Manufacturer Warranty

All tires sold through treadNext are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This protects against defects in materials and workmanship, and may include treadwear mileage guarantees depending on the brand and model.

Warranties generally do not cover:

  • Irregular wear from improper alignment, balancing, or lack of rotation
  • Damage from road hazards, accidents, or vandalism
  • Tires operated while flat or with incorrect inflation pressure
  • Tires used on a vehicle they were not specified for
  • Damage from improper storage or mounting

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. For claims or questions, contact our support team or work with a local authorized dealer for the tire brand.
