Tires shipped directly to your door via our carrier partners.
Partner Shop Delivery
We ship to a local tire shop of your choice for professional installation.
Warehouse Pickup
Pick up your order from our warehouse at no shipping cost.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may ship the following business day.
Partner Shop Delivery
Have your tires delivered directly to a local tire shop for hassle-free installation. Here's how it works:
Choose a Shop at Checkout
Select "Deliver to Shop" and pick a partner tire shop near you from our network.
We Ship Directly
Your tires are shipped straight to the shop. We notify them when the order is on its way.
Schedule Installation
Once delivered, the shop will contact you to schedule your installation appointment.
Installation fees are paid directly to the shop and are not included in your treadNext order total.
Warehouse Pickup
Save on shipping by picking up your tires from our warehouse. Select "Warehouse Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your order every step of the way:
- You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking info is sent when your tires ship
- Log in to your treadNext account to view real-time order status
- Status updates are sent via email at each stage: confirmed, shipped, delivered
Shipping Protection
All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. If your tires arrive damaged or go missing:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of any damage
- We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- A replacement order will be arranged at no additional cost
- Prepaid return labels will be provided for damaged tires
